What we’re looking for:

Revenue operations is a rapidly growing category that has attracted substantial investment and demand in recent years. Furthermore, software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses continue to excel and define the standard operating model of the software industry. At HST Pathways, you’ll participate in the intersection of these trends while learning best practices from a SaaS business that is growing at 20%+ annually.  

You’ll assume responsibility for high-importance tasks that directly translate to order processing and revenue for the business related to interfaces. The ideal candidate will be a structured thinker who possesses an exceptional attention to detail. The role will be heavily involved in the administrative duties of deal processing for our current customers.  

A successful candidate is a continuous learner who will quickly understand the processes that underlie customer orders, be able to work across stakeholders to finalize agreements, and become engrained in the product suite to be able to continuously deliver more value in driving strong integration outcomes.

Responsibilities:   

  • Interacting with HST clients to deliver streamlined interface contracting 

  • Draft, review, and ensure accuracy of interface contracts 

  • Build out repository of interface artifacts  

  • i.e. overview of interface, what it solves for, how it integrates with HST products 

  • Other administrative and processing tasks as assigned 

  • Initiate and maintain contact with current clients to present, discuss, and finalize required interfaces 

  
Requirements: 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy   

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building
