Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Blow Mold Operator for our night shifts. Join our team and take part in producing quality products that ensure healthy hydration for consumers.
Pay Rate: $24.81 / Hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work on holidays and weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate, troubleshoot, and optimize PET blow mold and support equipment.
- Meet performance targets for blow molding.
- Ensure proper setup of blow mold machines.
- Monitor and adjust production processes to maximize bottle quality and correct defects, including completing hourly quality checks.
- Manage bottle silo levels and blower speed optimizations.
- Communicate effectively with upstream and downstream operators to maximize line performance.
- Execute preform and bottle changeovers.
- Maintain machine adjustment logs accurately.
- Comply with sanitation standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Follow contamination prevention and machine cleaning procedures.
- Become proficient in operating and troubleshooting facility-specific blow molder equipment.
- Use troubleshooting skills to resolve downtime issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address machine performance issues and submit work requests as needed.
- Cross-train and perform duties of other team members as necessary.
- Assist with equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and rebuilds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are desirable.
- Prior experience operating PET blow mold equipment and troubleshooting blow mold components is essential.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfort in a high-speed production environment.
- Physical ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs multiple times during a 12-hour shift.
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
- Must complete an online skills assessment prior to the onsite interview.
- Successful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screen, and background check is required.
