Intern:

Student works full-time during the summer

Co-op:

Student works part-time while school is in session. Student may work more hours during the summer if not enrolled in classes. Students may work for a minimum of one semester or longer.

Both positions are paid according to current academic standing and job classification.

What we are looking for:

The Yazaki Product Management team is seeking an intern eager to learn about and contribute to Yazaki's sales and market growth strategies by working directly with our technical teams to evaluate the feasibility and return of potential concepts. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with an interest in learning more about automotive electronics and sensors. The focus will be on researching and presenting the ultimate potential of new product ideas, methods, or markets.

What you will be doing:

Start with a given list of potential products or markets and work collaboratively with engineering interns to evaluate multiple potential technical directions from a business standpoint Develop a clear selling proposition for the ideas, interview experts, and evaluate market data to understand the challenges and opportunities Identify multiple scenarios to evaluate and develop business cases with proposed investment and return What you will bring to the table:

Enrollment in a 4-year degree program at an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field A foundation of knowledge in business marketing, finance, and analysis. Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks between May 12, 2025, and August 15, 2025 Effective research and analytical skills along with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations Interest in product development is a bonus What we can provide you:
