The Event Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Event Planning Support: Assist in the development of event plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary resources. Help in creating event schedules and run-of-show documents.
Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, team members, and external stakeholders. Respond to inquiries and provide information to event participants. Ensure all stakeholders are updated on event details and changes.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain event-related documents, such as contracts, invoices, and attendance records. Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports on outcomes. Perform other duties as assigned to support the event team.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
