Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager at Fusion Optix, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products by developing well designed and informative product marketing collateral and executing strategic marketing plans. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products in the market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of specification-grade architectural lighting products, supporting the brand. Manage content and messaging on website and social media channels. Refine and deliver messaging to target customer segments and develop positioning for each product. Create compelling product datasheets, literature, product value propositions, key messages, and marketing collateral to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and differentiation. Collaborate with the sales and product design team to provide market insights, voice of the customer feedback, and input on product roadmap and development priorities. Plan and execute product launches, including the development of launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry trends to identify new market opportunities and drive product innovation. Work closely with the sales team to provide product training, sales tools, and support to drive effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, content marketing strategies, and lead generation initiatives. Act as a product expert and represent Fusion Optix at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (min. 3 years) in product marketing within the technology or lighting industry. Strong understanding of advanced optics, LED lighting, and related technologies a strong plus. Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling product messaging and collateral. Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Adobe InDesign, MSOffice suite).
