We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MARKETING COORDINATOR to execute marketing strategies for Werres Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors, with a deep understanding of our target audience and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Develop and execute Marketing Strategies: Create, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns tailored to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth for our material handling products and solutions. Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling content, including product brochures, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and videos to highlight the company's expertise and product offerings. Digital Marketing: Manage the company's online presence, including website management, SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, and social media channels. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the sales team to create and provide sales tools, presentations, and other resources that empower the sales team to effectively communicate our value proposition, address customer pain points, and close deals. Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, competitor analysis, and FAQs to support sales efforts. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales initiatives, provide marketing collateral, and ensure seamless communication between departments to maximize revenue generation. Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials. REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sectors. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation. Proficient in marketing tools and software such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Experience in the material handling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
