Job Description
Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general product delivery, partner integration or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external customers to capture requirements, define solution delivery and manage technical resource discussions. Responsible for ensuring a successful integration with Elavon products and/or systems. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. Must live in Georgia, Tennessee, Minnesota, or Colorado to qualify. Start Date: February 10th, 2025 Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Three to five years of experience in customer-facing technical sales, consulting, or product delivery activities Two to three years of project management experience Preferred Skills/Experience
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area Experience with Acquiring Partner Integrations Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Prior experience working with web services (SOAP & REST), java script, CSS, etc. Ability to listen actively, define and document solution design details Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently Able to manage multiple concurrent projects Experience using debugging tools like Fiddler, Charles, and browser Dev Tools Benefits: Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
