Sr. Manager, Global Partner Engagement
to lead global programs and engagement across all routes to market worldwide. In this position, you will play a dual role as both a hands-on contributor and a coach to your team. You will be responsible for developing content and executing impactful marketing strategies that foster partner growth, increase visibility, and generate revenue for both Pure Storage and our partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and channel teams, to ensure consistent messaging and engagement with our global partner ecosystem. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... You and your team will focus on: Global Marketing Strategy:
Plan and optimize integrated marketing campaigns targeting our partners, including global roadshows and other partner-facing events. Partner Communication Vehicles:
Own the strategy and drive execution of partner communications through vehicles such as digital awareness, newsletters, social media, and webinars. Partner Onboarding Content:
Develop and maintain partner onboarding decks and resources. Marketing Messaging and Engaging Content:
Develop and manage partner marketing content. Advisory Councils:
Manage partner advisory councils, organizing regular meetings to gather feedback. Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner initiatives. Performance Metrics:
Track and report on partner engagement and program effectiveness. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... What You Bring To The Team: 10+ years experience in a Partner facing role at a B2B technology company. Leadership experience, particularly in managing and mentoring small teams. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems. Ability to create compelling marketing materials. Ability to build robust, integrated campaigns that market to Partners. Strong communication and analytical skills. Program management experience for multiple projects. Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office. The annual base salary range is: $172,000 – $259,000. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. We offer a variety of perks to manage a healthy balance, including flexible time off and wellness resources.
