The

Team Leader, Government, Not-for-Profit, & Healthcare

develops and manages nonprofit credits from $500M to $70MM in global exposure. In this role, you will evaluate non-profit banking loan requests with revenues typically between $5M to $1B using a thorough knowledge of loan policy, guidelines and procedures.

What You'll Do

Achieve new business by identifying and maintaining quality revenue generating sales opportunities

Gather credit application information concerning business needs, desires, abilities, and earnings to determine loan needs

Explain loan options, rates, terms, and collateral requirements

Coach and lead a team to develop a high-quality, long-term prospect portfolio

Develop and maintain a referral network, with internal and external COI's for new business opportunities

Take ownership of overall credit quality of loans generated and reviewed within the team

Effectively manage timely resolution of exceptions, renewals, reviews, and the credit process while adhering to all policies and guidelines and maintaining risk rating accuracy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

10+ years of Commercial Banking experience, preferably within the Government, Non-Profit, Healthcare, and/or Education space

Exhibits exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written) and executive presence

Successful track record of driving new business growth and developing well rounded client relationships

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret the principles of accounting, credit, and finance

Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations covering commercial banking activities

High ethical standards and personal integrity

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $141,000-$190,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
