Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Casey & Company team, coordinating office activities and streamlining operations. This role assists with general administrative tasks, customer communications, scheduling, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and inventory of office supplies.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Coordinate and support team communications and workflow.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and professional.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to a schedule.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
