Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Handle employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR management systems.
