Responsibilities
The Senior Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the Horizon Health organization.
- Identifies candidates via social media, telemarketing, internet, cold calling, etc.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates; follow up with candidates, providing feedback on their status.
- Performs as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process.
- Schedules interviews: oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Continually analyzes the recruiting processes for efficiency, best practices and improvement.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
- Attends and participates in tradeshows, community events, job fairs, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Minimum three years of recruiting experience
- Minimum one year experience in a senior recruiting role
- Above average experience with MS Office Products
- Clinical or mental healthcare experience highly preferred
- Proven track record of results
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent Organization and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to develop and execute recruitment plans
