Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join a large FQHC near Fitchburg MA. Join a growing practice with 100% outpatient-only focus.

Position:

Family Practice - NEED ASAP

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
2. Preventive care, performing physical exams including well child and well woman exams and other routine checkups.
3. Health-risk assessments and other baseline screening tests.
4. Immunizations and personalized counseling related to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and/or further disease progression.
