Practice Specifics:

1. 7 on 7 off schedule working 8:30a-4:30p.
2. 90% of inpatient duties involve newborns, including nursery coverage.
3. Typical census: 8-15 newborns per day and 0-2 Pediatric patients per day.
4. Call responsibilities include: nurse consultations, potential admissions from ED, and attending high-risk deliveries.
