Were seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our dynamic Accounting team as an Accounting Analyst. In this role, youll play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial processes, reconciling accounts, and contributing to the success of our rapidly growing company. Job Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong accounting and analytical skills and the ability to work under time constraints.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience at a company with multiple operating entities a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with ERPs preferred

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for reconciliation of merchant accounts (Woo, Paypal, etc) payments to bank receipts daily
• Review, post, reconcile and fix errors daily for eCommerce payments
• Prepare bank reconciliation for merchant accounts
• Reconcile and process contra-revenue activity
• Communicate with merchants representative to resolve any payment processing issues
• Communicate with team members to resolve any merchants related questions
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly cash reporting
• Perform and/or prepare ad hoc analysis, tasks and reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies and procedures to support the rapid growth and expansion of the Company
