Job Highlights Hiring PRN Speech Therapist In-House therapy program! JOB SUMMARY: As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you are an integral member of theresident centered care team. You will assess, diagnose, and treatindividuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders,developing personalized treatment plans to help residents improve theircommunication abilities, achieve effective communication, and manage swallowingdifficulties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or certification as required Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred. This includes passing the national examination in speech-language pathology Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Proficiency in therapeutic techniques for communication and swallowing disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and execute effective treatment plans Compassionate and patient-centered approach Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation BENEFITS:
