Job Summary:
Mission Hospital is seeking PRN general neurohospitalists to join a busy and expansive comprehensive stroke center located in Asheville, North Carolina.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified or board eligible in neurology
- Neurocritical Care and/or Stroke training is a plus
- New and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
Position Overview:
- Inpatient only
- Join an established group of Hospitalists and APPs
- Radiologist physicians do the interventional procedures
- Shift based, days only; No night responsibilities
- 7 on/off scheduling available
- Max of 7 shifts per month or 1000 clinical hours per year
- Teaching opportunities available
- Please note that this position does not offer visa support
