Position Overview

Job Description Summary

The Auditor I will validate product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound loading accuracy. Responsibilities include assisting with investigation and resolution of errors.

• Location - Sacramento, CA

• Working hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7am to 3:30pm

• Rate of pay offering between $20 and $21.50 per hour

You will contribute by:

• Unload pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identify sample pallet not yet loaded.

• Carry out quality checks related to pallet construction: Ensure product is wrapped well, stacked well, and trailer is in good condition. Validate product is of good saleable quality via visual check. Escalate to ICQA lead if poor quality or input in iPad. Validate product has valid date per rules/exceptions and escalate to ICQA lead if date is invalid.

• Validate physical product matches order using handheld scanner, scan product which then automatically checks it off against the order quantity (contained in scanner). Count product unloaded on the floor to double check scanner count, input manual count, and adjust count numbers if necessary, including in case of lead spot check identifying a difference. In case of errors, investigate likely reason by viewing pick slot. Provide information to ICQA lead who enters information into iPad. Correct errors that ICQA lead determines necessary based on customer contract. Reload product on pallet onto trailer/return to warehouse team when physical count ties to order value and/or approved by ICQA lead.

• Warehouse: Freezer (-20F to 0F)

• Warehouse: Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)

• Warehouse: Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)

Skills

• Physical abilities: You may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects from 20lbs to 60lbs.

Years Of Experience

• 0-2: Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred.
