What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing the assigned public areas according to quality standards and procedures, which may include public restrooms, lobby area, public phone areas, vending areas, etc. You will report to your supervisor any needed repairs or unsafe conditions while monitoring and controlling supplies and amenities, and minimizing waste within all areas of housekeeping. You might regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements include basic reading, writing, and math skills, with some laundry experience preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires the ability to perform the following: regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently stand and move about the work area, frequently handle objects and equipment to maintain the facility, frequently bend, stoop, and kneel, and work in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment.

Education & Experience

• High school education; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
