Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and dealers.

Responsibilities

  1. Take customer and dealer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  3. Promptly respond to emails and online inquiries
  4. Monitor and respond to social media questions or comments
  5. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
  6. Provide product information and assistance to customers and dealers
  7. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
  8. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  9. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  10. Create and maintain standard FAQs for products to assist customers and dealers

Qualifications

  1. Previous customer service experience preferred
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  4. Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
