Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and dealers.
Responsibilities
- Take customer and dealer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Promptly respond to emails and online inquiries
- Monitor and respond to social media questions or comments
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Provide product information and assistance to customers and dealers
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Create and maintain standard FAQs for products to assist customers and dealers
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
