Job Description
As an Office Janitor, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office space, from 5pm to 9pm. Monday through Friday. This includes tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing various areas, including restrooms, common areas, and meeting rooms. You will also be responsible for emptying trash cans, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently. Strong time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently. Additionally, good communication skills are important as you may need to coordinate with other staff members or report any maintenance issues.
Duties:
1. Responsible for floorcare, performing various surface task. Including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and removal of spot and stains from the floor.
2. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily. Which includes toilets, urinals, mirrors, sink, soap and hand towel dispensers also counters. Restocking toilet paper, hand towel, and hand soap dispensers as needed. Also trash removal.
3. Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of office surfaces. Which includes tables, chairs, file cabinets, ledges, counters, telephones, wall fixtures and all manner of furnishings. Also cleaning of glass windows and doors.
4. Damp wipe breakroom area sinks, counters, tables, and all soiled surfaces to remove spillage.
5. All trash receptacles are to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point. Change liners and disinfect cans, as necessary.
Shift: Monday - Friday
5pm - 9pm
