  1. We are looking for a minimum of three (3) administrative staff across the department for the period of six (6) months.
  2. We are looking for candidates that are able to work in a hybrid (two days minimum in Baltimore Office). Normal business hours are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, except state holidays.
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
  • Analyze and interpret data as it relates to Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) Administrative Services to include Operations, Fiscal, Appeals, Legislative Services and IT.
  • Assist the Program Manager with research, and compile data at the direction of the Program Manager. Analyze and interpret the data with the Director and other program heads within DDA.
  • Prepare statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets. Reconcile vendor invoices submitted for payment.
  • Assist the Program Manager with the formulation and distribution of individual and group weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
  • Analyze and interpret data.
  • Assist with research and compiling data.
  • Enter and track provider information for Medicaid renewals.
  • Prepare statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets.
  • Formulate and distribute weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Log information in a Google form or spreadsheet for tracking purposes.
  • Assist with collecting, filing, and tracking daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Research and compile data.
  • Assist with statistical tables, charts and reports, workflow charts, staffing patterns and organizational charts, etc.
