- This candidate should be fellowship-trained in obstetric anesthesia.
- This anesthesiologist will have the opportunity to conduct clinical research with the aid of the Guthrie Foundation

- Teaching of residents and medical students

- Anesthesia Department manages OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday
- 0.1 FTE Administrative
- $525K to $575 total compensation
- $25K starting bonus and $225K retention bonus after one year
- $15K quality/citizenship bonus available yearly
- Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance
- Malpractice/liability insurance including tail coverage
- Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1/2 of first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions
- Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate, and renewals
- $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis - $20K if your referral is another Anesthesiologist
- 4-6 Weeks vacation time based on experience and tenure
- 5 personal days per year
- 7 holidays
- Meeting time - 14 days with options for home study
- $3,400 annually for conference registration, certifications, membership fees for specialty specific medical societies
- Physician Mentoring and leadership training opportunities
- Relocation expenses paid - up to $15K for qualified candidates (subject to taxes)
