Proctor

Overview

Work alongside course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums and proctor 1-1 or small groups of students receiving disability-related accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Nursing course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums.
• Proctor 1-1 or small groups of students receiving disability-related accommodations.
• Be familiar with academic integrity protocols -- e.g. distance, seating, focused attention, exam start/stop time policies.
• Be able to confront and report suspected behaviors allegedly in violation of academic integrity policies and department testing policies.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience

• High School Diploma, college degree preferred.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• Sensitivity in communications with faculty, students, and other staff.
• Ability to follow integrity protocols.
• Collaborative working style.
• Work experience in any educational or administrative capacity.

Physical Demands

• Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
• Extensive time sitting and standing.
• Be able to accommodate a schedule that varies according to student test days/times (per semester).

Salary

Maximum Salary: USD $17.00/Hr. Minimum Salary: USD $17.00/Hr.
