D1 Training is searching for passionate Coaches to join our team at our new Fort Wayne, IN location.

We're not about gimmicks or fads; we use trusted and proven training techniques to empower adults and youth athletes (ages 7+) to achieve their overall well-being goals, combining physical fitness with mental resilience and a supportive community. As we expand into Fort Wayne, we're seeking Coaches to deliver world-class training and make a lasting impact in this new market.

Who You Are:

You’re a passionate and motivational Coach who leverages your certifications, education and experience to thrive on the turf and take joy in supporting every athlete—whether it’s a high school hopeful, a college-bound star, a professional athlete, a 40-year-old mom aiming for peak fitness, or a young athlete training for the first time.

Your Impact as Coach:

• Exemplify and maintain D1 Core Values
• Deliver best-in-class training sessions, both group and individual, for a variety of athletic levels
• Design strategies that keep our clients motivated to achieve their fitness goals
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns

Qualifications:

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
• Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
• Availability on early mornings, evenings, or weekends
