Substitute Secretary Job at Bensalem Township School District in Bensalem

Bensalem Township School District is hiring substitute secretaries. A Substitute secretary fills in for the absence of a regular secretary. They can work anywhere throughout the School District including our school buildings, Maintenance Office, Vehicle Maintenance Center and the District Office.

• Substitute secretaries answer phone calls.
• Greets visitors courteously, determines their needs, answers their question and directs or escorts them to the proper person.
• Operates office machines/equipment as necessary.
• May be requested to do filing for the department
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Most substitute secretaries become regular staff members when vacancy opportunities present themselves. Working knowledge with Excel software is a plus.
