About Our Client

Our client is an Atlanta based general contractor who has earned a top spot on the Southeast ENR list with over 20 years of experience in the market. They have a heavy focus on both PEMB and Tilt Wall construction.

Job Description

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage construction schedules and budget
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the construction site
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review work progress on a daily basis
• Resolve any problems that may arise during construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as construction superintendent (atleast 5 years)
• Proven success in leading ground up, tilt wall construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines
• Understanding of construction management processes
• Experience in traveling and managing construction projects

What's on Offer

• Salary with a range of $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
