Company Description: Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is a fully renovated hotel offering spacious Two-Room Suites and King Studio Suites equipped with essential amenities. Located in the heart of the Westshore business district, our hotel is just minutes away from Tampa International Airport and downtown Tampa.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory and communication skills
• Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or related field
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
