Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Manufacturing Engineer located in West Palm Beach, FL, at Oxygen Development. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, implementing manufacturing engineering techniques, optimizing industrial engineering practices, and utilizing mechanical engineering skills for machining operations.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and Machining skills
• Mechanical Engineering proficiency
• Experience in manufacturing optimization and process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus

YOUR ROLE

• Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
• Analyze existing processes to develop, implement and monitor measures to improve productivity/efficiency, quality, and safety
• Become a technical expert in plant engineering technologies to facilitate knowledge transfer and apply best practices
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions
• Participate in cross-functional engineering projects, to include industrial, mechanical, project based, processing, packaging, and continuous improvement engineering
• Part of the project teams for investments and support from a process perspective
• Responsible for collaborating/facilitating company product technologies on processing and packaging equipment
• Facilitate continuous improvement, lean, operational excellence within engineering
• Set up manufacturing processes with input from R & D, Reliability, Productions, etc.
• Provide process troubleshooting and optimization
