Physical Therapist Assistant needed asap for 13 weeks8 hrs Days: 8:00 to 5:00May be required to work occasional weekendsBasic computerAbility to efficiently schedule and perform patient care independentlyAGE-RELATED COMPETENCIES: Demonstrates the basic knowledge and skills necessary to identify age-specific patient needs appropriate for this position.Information Management:Treats all information and data within the scope of the position with appropriate confidentiality and security.Risk Management/Quality Management/Safety: Cooperates fully in all Risk Management, Quality Management, and Safety Activities and Investigations.MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Graduate of nationally-accredited PTA programWork Experience: Greater than one year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcomed to apply License/Certification: Must be eligible for current licensure with the New Mexico State Physical Therapy Board. BLS required before employment begins.ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Work environment consists of daily patient contact, which may include exposure to blood, or other body fluids.EMR: CPSI/Evident

Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient Experience: 1 year Licenses: PTA-NM Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year Education: Graduate of nationally-accredited PTA program Work Experience: Greater than one year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcomed to apply ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Work environment consists of daily patient contact, which may include exposure to blood, or other body fluids.
