Job Summary and Qualifications

The Unit Secretary in the Radiology Department plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care. This position involves managing administrative tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, coordinating communications between medical staff and patients, and maintaining accurate records. The Unit Secretary is responsible for handling incoming calls, processing patient information, and ensuring the timely flow of documentation related to radiological procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to patient confidentiality, and proficiency in medical software systems.
