Minimum Requirements:
- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days
- ACLS and BLS required
- Needs to be able to work a minimum of 2 weeks a month
- General, plastics, GYN, GI, ortho, interventional radiology, ophthalmology, and urology
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
