Employ-Temps Staffing Services is a fast-growing staffing agency committed to building a strong internal team to support our continued expansion. We are seeking a Contract Internal Recruiter to lead our internal hiring efforts and ensure we attract top talent to drive our success.

As the Internal Recruiter, you will work closely with management to design and execute the company’s overall talent acquisition strategy. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for internal positions while providing insights on market trends and hiring best practices. Your efforts will play a crucial role in strengthening our internal team.

This is a contract role anticipated to last 90-120 days.

OFFICE HOURS

  • Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead sourcing efforts on job boards, social media, ATS, and new networking opportunities
  • Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screens and interviews
  • Ensure proper documentation throughout the hiring process within the ATS
  • Evaluate candidates for advancement in the hiring process and coordinate next steps with organizational management
  • Daily updates to management on the status of open positions
  • Excellent communication to both candidates and internal management throughout the hiring process
  • Scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers after initial screenings
  • Timely fulfillment of all open positions to support organizational goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidates through resume reviews and phone screens
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Understanding of different contract employment models and industry best practices
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and weekly targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver's License
