2nd Cardiac Surgeon sought for the highest rated hospital in the region, replaci

Jupiter Medical Center (http://www.Jupitermed.com), the highest rated CMS hospital by quality, patient safety, and patient experience in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast of Florida is seeking a second cardiac surgeon to join our hospital employed practice, replacing an excellent cardiac surgeon with longstanding ties to the community who will be retiring.

We are seeking a board certified/eligible Cardiothoracic surgeon with excellent interpersonal skills and interest or training in minimally invasive cardiac surgery including reconstructive valve surgery and coronary revascularization.  Special interest in robotic cardiac surgery, aortic valve repair and ECMO is a plus.

Our hospital has a brand new state-of-the-art surgical institute with 16 ORs (2 dedicated to cardiac surgery), 6 Da Vinci robots(1 XI dedicated to cardiac surgery), and 2 hybrid operating rooms that opened in 2024. A newly built cardiovascular wing with 24 beds is under construction and will be completed in 2025.  Resources include a dedicated cardiac ICU, 3 TEE certified cardiac anesthesiologists with CRNA support, 24/7 Physician Assistant support and a dedicated valve clinic coordinator.  

Outpatient offices are located on campus.

We have a comprehensive cardiac surgery program at our Robson Heart and Vascular Institute including a robust catheterization lab, collaborative structural heart program, advanced electrophysiology, and on-site outpatient cardiac rehab.
