Vendor & Partner Relations
● Negotiate, monitor, and review contracts with key vendors and partners.
● Serve as the primary interface for external service providers, including legal counsel, - auditors, and public relations firms.
Organizational Leadership
● Recruit, mentor, and lead a small, high-performing team of finance and operations - professionals.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
● Maintain a culture of meticulous attention to detail, high ethical standards, and - impeccable client service.
Migration & In-House Integration
● Lead the transition of all financial operations currently managed by a multi-family - office.
● Establish and implement new systems, workflows, and best practices within the family - office.
