Description:
The Upper Moreland Township School District is seeking a qualified nurse (RN/LPN) candidate who will oversee nursing duties for the 2025 ESY (Extended School Year) program. This vacancy is for a full-day Nurse.

Salary: $52.50 per hour

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain health and nursing services records for students.
• Dispense prescribed medication and health services as directed by a physician order.
• Provide care for first aid, accidents, and illnesses.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• LPN or RN active PA license is required.
• CPR/First Aid active certification is required.
• Previous experience working as a school nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with students with special needs.
• Willingness to support children in self-care such as dressing, toileting and eating.
• Physical stamina to participate in all activities including education, preparation of activities and material.
• Must be available for the entire program and available for possible training date prior to the start of ESY.
• Must be a good team player, punctual, energetic, parent friendly and have an eagerness to learn.
• Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements.

ESY Schedule- Summer 2025:

• Monday through Thursday
• June 30th through July 31st
• 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
