The Association Sports Director for the YMCA of Greater Nashua is accountable to the Senior Program Director of Youth Services and oversees the development and operations of various sports programs within the Association. The Sports Director designs practices, processes, and procedures for strong program and project management. The YMCA of Greater Nashua operates four facilities: Nashua YMCA, Merrimack YMCA, Westwood Park, and Camp Sargent (day camp), and sports programming occurs at each branch.

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Association Sports Director develops, organizes, and implements high-quality youth sports programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• One to two years related experience (preferred).
