LHH is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in both English and Spanish.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
