Position: Technical Service Lead

Overview:

Strong Technical Service Lead with 12-15 years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience in Cybersecurity domain (network Security, Email Security, SIEM, VM, App sec, GRC, PAM (Delinea), and IAM).
2. Possess strong soft skills, delivery management experience, and ability to work with Senior Leadership teams, including strong representation in reports and presentations.
3. Expertise in 2-3 Cybersecurity domains.
4. Ability to drive initiatives, overcome gaps, risks, and challenges in the environment. Propose the best solutions, products, and tools to enhance readiness against cyber attacks and compromises.
5. Project management experience, including P&L and invoice management. Experience in driving automation through central solutions and AI integration for productivity benefits.
6. Knowledge of ITIL processes in reporting incidents, incident management, and change management, including assessing risk and impact.
7. Tool knowledge and awareness of market updates.
8. Experience in driving KPIs, people management, and training initiatives to overcome knowledge gaps.
9. Drive initiatives to meet client objectives, provide recommendations, and best practices in MBR and QBRs. Conduct daily standup calls, weekly reviews, MBR, and QBR with data representation.
