Full-Time Community Outreach Associate Reports To: Director of Marketing and Community Relations

Responsibilities: Plan, manage and coordinate internal and external marketing projects. Develop and design marketing materials in a variety of formats, including flyers, digital, and print materials. Coordinate with the Communications team to create advertising materials. Coordinate and participate in outreach and marketing events such as community fairs, workshops, open house events, etc. Communicate with departments and project teams regarding implementation activities. Collaborate with community partners, schools, and health insurance plans to develop and implement marketing activities. Keep records of outreach and marketing activities and prepare database and project reports. Be available to work at events on weekends and/or evenings. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health or marketing, social service, or related fields. Working knowledge of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign required. 1-2 years’ experience working in a human service or health-related setting, especially conducting outreach and/or marketing in the Chinese-speaking and/or Spanish-speaking community. Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Professional oral and written proficiency in English. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
