The Opportunity

Seeking a hardworking Solution Architect to contribute to Adobe IT's Digital Experience Architecture team.

You will be responsible for architecting, designing and implementing technical solutions serving global, enterprise sales teams transitioning from Salesforce.com to Dynamics CRM supported by a variety of leading cloud and on-premise applications. While working on a full-stack of technologies, you'll have an opportunity to make a significant impact to our business customers in guiding teams to the latest modern digital marketing and selling experiences.

Your thought leadership will help identify and prioritize Sales Platform innovation opportunities as well as ensure best-in-class operations. You will collaborate with other solution architects, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to promote a complete architecture-first approach to problem solving. You will present and influence decision making across diverse technical leadership teams and promote capabilities and value propositions.

You’ll act as the technical forward-thinking leader to develop and promote scalable engineering solutions. And encourage technical teams to improve and simplify existing processes, address technical debt and implement a self-service platform approach wherever possible.

What you'll Do

  • Lead discussions with internal and external Systems Integrators to design a modern Sales platform using Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM and a mix of SaaS, cloud, and on-prem systems.
  • Design and implement core CRM capabilities, including lead management, account and contact management, and opportunity management.
  • Create architecture and design documentation and present solutions for Architecture Review Board (ARB) approvals.
  • Define recommended methods, architecture standards, and governance for CRM implementations.
  • Guide engineering teams in solution development, ensuring alignment to architecture and design principles.
  • Drive innovation by rapidly building prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs while using AI, automation, and Power Platform advancements to enhance CRM functionality.
  • Mentor junior solution architects, developers and solution engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical perfection.
  • Encourage and guide teams by providing technical leadership and standard methodologies for Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Stay ahead by exploring advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and low-code technologies to enhance business value.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation and define the strategic roadmap for CRM evolution.

What you need to succeed

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field. MS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a solution architect or engineer with an emphasis on .NET and Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM.
  • 5+ years of enterprise experience on the Dynamics Sales CRM platform with deep technical understanding of building enterprise grade real time and/or batch interfaces, working with the latest integration and data replication technologies like - REST/JSON, Streaming APIs, Change Data Capture techniques, Snaplogic.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM features, configuration options, and customization capabilities.
  • Understanding of data modeling, workflows, business rules, and security within Dynamics CRM.
  • Familiarity with Copilot for Sales, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platform components for integrations and custom development.
  • The candidate should have experience in building integrations between cloud-based and on-premise enterprise applications.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Certification is preferred.
  • Expert in designing scalable, high performing CRM solutions, creating blueprints, and mitigating technical risks.
  • Capability to analyze business needs and convert them into efficient CRM solutions, along with excellent communication skills to explain technical ideas to collaborators across all levels.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, REACT.js, and modern cloud platforms.
  • Strong Object Oriented programming skills with .NET is preferred.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams is a must.
  • Experience with modern development, source control, and CI/CD tools like GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps is preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $132,300 -- $253,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
