Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:

 

  • Inspect luxury and high-performance vehicles, diagnose problems, and perform quality repairs.
  • Complete maintenance tasks, diagnostics, and general repairs, adhering to manufacturer standards.
  • Repair or replace mechanical, electrical, and technology components.
  • Provide accurate time and parts estimates for repair/maintenance.
  • Properly prepare and complete repair order documentation.
  • Operate shop equipment, including wheel and tire machines, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and A/C equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized shop and account for dealership-owned tools.
  • Stay up to date on new technical information and advanced techniques through training sessions.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned based on skills and certifications.


Qualifications - Automotive Technician:

 

  • Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years in automotive repair, ideally with luxury or high-performance vehicles.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Versatile in tasks and skilled in minor diagnostics and repairs.
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with shop equipment, including alignment and diagnostic tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and current residency.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug test.
