LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a HVAC company in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher. This is a full-time in-office Monday through Friday role. The pay range is: $22.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.

The Customer Service/ Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching technicians to customer locations, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery. This role involves managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of service calls and customer information. The Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing the productivity of the HVAC service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on service requests and technician availability.

• Take customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling.

• Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information.

• Ensure efficient routing of technicians to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the management team to forecast scheduling needs based on seasonal changes or customer demands.

• Assist in the preparation of reports related to job status, daily activities, and dispatched calls.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year recent experience in dispatching, preferably in the HVAC industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations.

• Familiarity with HVAC terminology and operations is a plus.

• Proficiency in using dispatching software and other relevant computer applications.
