What you will be doing
Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone and movie revenue; assisting in the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents. Act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required; assist in booking room reservations; answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of messages. May also assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements include basic reading, writing, and math skills. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires the ability to perform the following: regularly required to talk, hear and interact with guests. Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six months to one year in related OnQ experience and/or training.
