What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Operate Heavy Equipment – Safely and efficiently run loaders and other machinery to load and unload customer trucks.
2. Handle Materials with Precision – Move materials like rocks and debris while ensuring accurate placement.
3. Prioritize Safety – Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clear communication with coworkers.
4. Monitor & Report – Immediately report any injuries, accidents, or equipment issues to supervisors.
5. Support Site Operations – Assist with site clean-up and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Improve Efficiency – Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.
7. Perform Equipment Checks – Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs to keep equipment in top condition.
