Job Summary

Do you have a passion for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience? Perkins American Food Co. is looking for a Restaurant Manager who is dedicated, ambitious and seeks opportunities to grow their career. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure great food and service is delivered to our guests, and manage all front-of-house employees.

Responsibilities

The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations, including:

1. Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
2. Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests at all times
3. Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures
4. Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff
5. All other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
3. ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
5. Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
8. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
