We want YOU to be a part of a unique program in Bucks County that works with individuals in a residential setting!!! Our residents are all undergoing severe and persistent mental health challenges. As Site Coordinator for Forsythia House, located in Levittown (Bucks County), PA, you will oversee scheduling for staff members and work with our residents.

The Forsythia House Supported Living Program, located in a single-family style home in Levittown, is a voluntary program where residents, age 18 and older, can actively pursue their chosen recovery and rehabilitation goals in an environment of support and hope. Residents and staff partner together to plan groups, outings, and work on their identified recovery goals.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential location in Bucks County, PA
  • Oversee the schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage
  • Work a flexible schedule when necessitated, including weekends and overnights
  • Coordinate services provided by LVF and other community providers such as other treatment providers, pharmacies, doctor's offices, county offices, Social Security Administration, Housing Authority, Department of Welfare, etc.
What We Require:
  • High School Diploma
  • At least one year of direct service experience.
    • Scheduling experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job description, with or without accommodation
