to partner with their visionary CEO. As the Head of Operations, you’ll act as the CEO’s trusted advisor, driving operational excellence, streamlining key initiatives, and ensuring alignment across the executive team. THE JOB As the Head of Operations, you’ll partner closely with the CEO to manage strategic priorities and enhance organizational efficiency: Strategic Alignment : Act as a liaison between the CEO and executive team, ensuring alignment on key initiatives and priorities. Project Leadership : Drive high-impact projects from conception to completion, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. Executive Coordination : Manage the CEO’s workstreams, vet opportunities, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations. Meeting Oversight : Attend and facilitate executive meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable follow-ups. Financial Analysis : Provide support through financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, with basic skills in accounting, AP/AR, cash/treasury management, and financial planning. Operational Excellence : Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and lead initiatives to improve organizational processes. Stakeholder Communication : Represent the CEO in internal and external communications, building strong relationships across all levels. ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Professional Expertise : 7+ years of experience in a high-performing environment, ideally supporting C-level executives in tech or fast-paced industries. Tech-Savvy : Proficient with Slack, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools. Strategic Vision : A sharp ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail. Confidentiality & Discretion : Trusted to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism. Adaptability & Proactivity : Thrives in dynamic settings, managing shifting priorities with ease. Communication Excellence : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and polished style. Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees are a bonus.
