The Home Health RN Supervisor assures care is coordinated between services and client's needs are identified and addressed.

HOURS:

• Part time 16-20 hours a week. Time is split between field and office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse with previous Home Care experience
• Working knowledge of private duty nursing
• Adult/pediatric trach and vent experience
• Hold current and unrestricted RN license valid in Virginia
• Super organized and detail oriented
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to get along with others even in stressful situations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Word and other like programs, operating computers and establishing work flow

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Home Health Supervisor will collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and Director of Clinical Operations to facilitate safety and assure positive outcomes across services lines.
