THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
This is a full-time cleaning position with an 8-hour shift schedule, which includes day, night, weekend, and holiday availability. Flexibility is key as you'll be leading a team that ensures the club remains in top condition for our members.
As a Housekeeping Manager you will lead and organize the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our members. You will oversee a team of public area and laundry attendants, setting high expectations and leading by example. You will conduct inspections, enforce cleanliness standards, and implement deep-cleaning schedules to maintain a luxury-level atmosphere. Recruiting, training, and developing new housekeeping staff will be a priority, ensuring your team is equipped with the skills needed to succeed. Managing department budgets, inventory controls, and regulatory compliance will also be part of your daily responsibilities. Collaboration with other department managers will be essential in ensuring cross-functional operations run smoothly.

OUR IDEAL HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
- 4+ years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience within hospitality
- Ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and housekeeping best practices
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
